It looks like the tablet is back up to $649. If you follow the instructions below, you can still get the Galaxy Tab S5 for $549. Lately, I’ve seen it go on sale almost once a week, so it may dip back down to $549 or $499, and at that point, you should be able to use the $100 promo to get it down to $399. Keep an eye out for sales, especially around Thursday-Sunday!

With the Galaxy Tab S6 releasing next month, Best Buy just released the best Galaxy Tab S4 deal we’ve ever seen.
Currently, you can get the Galaxy Tab S4 for $499 right now at Best Buy!
You can also get an extra $100 off of the tablet by signing up for Student Deals. Best Buy does not require that you verify your student eligibility with a student email or a student id.
To sign up for Student Deals, simply click here and click “sign up for deals”.
Once you add the Galaxy Tab S4 to your cart, click to check out, and on the checkout screen there will be a section that says “my BEST BUY member rewards”. In this section, it should list the $100 off, you simply have to click “apply” to get the tablet down to $399.

Should you wait and get the Galaxy Tab S6?
From my experience, the Tab S4 is very fast and should be fast enough for most users. The Tab S4 has a great stylus, a great display, and really good performance. The Tab S4 doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner, but one way it makes up for that is by having a headphone jack.
Another thing to consider: The Tab S6 will have an improved processor, making it faster than the Tab S4, and the tablet itself will be lighter, but it will also cost an extra $250.
If you want the most for your money, you should definitely jump on this Tab S4 deal while you can. Even though the Tab S4 has a Snapdragon 835, it still performs relatively well for most tasks.
If you want the latest and greatest, maybe you should wait for the Galaxy Tab S6, but if you do, you will definitely pay for it.
