The Google Pixel Slate is as cheap as ever
The Google Pixel Slate is on sale, and honestly I haven’t seen the Pixel Slate on sale for any cheaper.

The specs
Originally, the Google Pixel Slate, with an m3 proccesor, launched at a price of $799. The Pixel Slate did not come with a keyboard case, so getting a Google Pixel Slate could cost you over $1,000.
The Google Pixel Slate comes with 64GB of storage with an m3 procesor and 8GB of RAM. The Pixel Slate also has a fantastic 12.3″ screen with a 3,000 x 2,000 resolution. The Pixel Slate has small features like a fingerprint reader, and the keyboard is also backlit.
What about the bugs?
When the Google Pixel Slate released, it also released with a lot of issues and bugs. Most of these bugs are now fixed so you won’t have to worry about a bad experience.
The benefits of the Pixel Slate
The Pixel Slate gives you the best of two worlds. The Pixel Slate is a tablet and (with the keyboard case) a laptop all in one. If you just feel like chilling on the couch, you can use the Pixel Slate as a tablet. You can watch videos, movies, read books, and more. The Pixel Slate can also run Android apps which means you aren’t just limited to the few Chrome OS applications. That’s right, the Pixel Slate runs on Chrome OS which is a very secure and fast operating system. Chrome OS is great for productivity as it allows you to edit documents, powerpoint presentations, and more on the fly. It saves all of your documents to the cloud, so you won’t need a lot of storage.
The cons of the Pixel Slate
From my experience, there aren’t a lot of cons to the Pixel Slate. Since the screen size is over 12″ it is a little heavier than other tablets I’m used to, which will be a con for some people looking for a portable device.
Another minor issue I have is with the keyboard case. You can’t detach the keyboard from the case, so you will need to leave the keyboard attached if you want to have it protected (or get a second case). Since it is a lighter keyboard meant for travel, the travel on the keys is a little less than you might expect from a laptop keyboard, but I did expect.
