The unlocked version of the LG Stylo 5 is here…. and on sale!
We’ve been waiting for a while for the LG Stylo 5 to release an unlocked version, and an unlocked LG Stylo 5 popped up at Best Buy and B&H Photo recently. The unlocked Stylo 5 released at a pretty high price retail price, $300.
Amazon-exclusive smartphones
In the past, Amazon has released exclusive versions of smartphones with a pre-installed selection of Amazon apps, including Amazon Shopping, Amazon Music, Audible and Amazon Alexa.
Because of this inconvenience (having to have a few more pre-installed apps) Amazon gives you a nice discount when you buy one of these exclusive versions of their phones.
Amazon released an exclusive version of the LG Stylo 4, so if you are like me you’ve been waiting for an exclusive version of the LG Stylo 5. We reviewed the Metro version of the Stylo 5 here, and we think the Stylo 5 fits a good niche for a lot of people.

Currently, you can get the LG Stylo 5 for $220, which is $80 off its retail price!
Most carriers have the LG Stylo 5 retailing between $200 and $250, but keep in mind that those versions are locked to one carrier. The Amazon exclusive version of this phone can work for all US carriers, including Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, and T-Mobile!
Keep in mind prices do change, so this promotion might not last long!
